This site provides general information about BVCOGNET, the Brazos Valley regional fiber network, and a way for organizations to request a serviceability conversation.
Information submitted through the inquiry form
The form asks for business contact information, a service address, organization type, connectivity interest, and optional planning information so the BVCOGNET team can understand and respond to the request. Do not submit passwords, payment card information, medical information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
How submissions are used
Information submitted through the form is used to evaluate and respond to the inquiry and may be shared with appropriate BVCOG and Brazos 2020 Vision staff involved in network planning, serviceability, engineering, contracting, or customer communication.
Security and operational logging
The public website does not provide customer login functionality and does not request account passwords. Website traffic is intended to be provided over HTTPS. Routine server and security logs may contain technical information such as IP address, browser type, request path, and timestamps for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and operational purposes.
Public records
